Before we get to work, we ask that constituents provide us with important information about their project. In order to adequately service needs across the university, our office may not be able to accept projects that do not meet certain guidelines, including but not limited to, scope of work, timeline or content provided. To keep projects on schedule, it is essential that clients adhere to the production schedule provided by university marketing.

We write and distribute press releases about university news, research, honors and advancements based on news value and high potential for regional or national coverage. We also strategically reach out to media to pitch Tulane news to targeted audiences. If you have a potential story that you’d like us to promote, please Tell Us Your News.
As time permits, a university photographer could be available to assist other departments with various projects. If you are in need of a photographer for your event or activity, please fill out our Photo Request Form.
Requests should be submitted at least 3-5 working days in advance, and will be considered on a first come, first served basis.
Your department must make all scheduling and logistical arrangements on behalf of the photographer.
All photographs supplied by our photographers may be used for marketing, website and public relations purposes at the discretion of the Tulane University Communications and Marketing office.
