University-wide or Community Emails
University Communications & Marketing sends out email communications to the large distribution lists: All Students, All Faculty, All Staff, All Administrators and All Affiliates as well as the Deans, Directors and Department Heads list. If you need an email communication sent out to one or more of those lists, please submit an "Email" request through the UCM Support Request form for review. If approved for university-wide distribution, University Communications & Marketing will send out on your department's behalf.
Targeted Email Lists
If your email request will include a more targeted audience, please include the contact list when you submit the email request.
- To request targeted employee contact lists, please email hris@tulane.edu.
- Please make your targeted student list requests through Service Now using the Student Data Report Request form.
