Email List Requests

  • If you need to submit updates for the Deans, Directors and Department Heads email list, please email hris@tulane.edu.
     
  • Please make your targeted student list requests through Service Now using the Student Data Report Request form.
     
  • Please contact Meredith Beers in the Office of Emergency Preparedness and Response regarding emergency communications sent via Everbridge.
     
  • University Communications & Marketing sends out email communications to the large distribution lists: All Students, All Faculty, All Staff and All Administrators. If you need an email communication sent out to one or more of those lists, please email the communication draft and sender info to Michael Strecker and William Burdette for review. If approved for university-wide distribution, University Communications & Marketing will send out on your department's behalf.
     
  • Individual schools and offices maintain their own lists for communication with smaller populations of Tulane community members. Please reach out to them directly for questions about their communications or lists. If you are uncertain who to contact, please email Taryn Pusateri for assistance.
